Recently I have been working on a real estate blog website for Ryan Malmsten.  He specializes in Santa Barbara and Montecito real estate.  We used genesis framework with the agent press 2.0 theme and integrated a custom mailchimp sign-up form on the right sidebar as well as the contact page.
